Policy For Payment

Refund Guidelines

Customers may only request a refund after their order has been delivered and they have used all the methods listed below.

• Should we fall short of your expectations,
• You have to raise the caliber of your work at a school. If so, you must present your tutors' feedback with your entire failure report.
• Claims for refunds must be made within 30 days following the tutoring session. Claims for refunds made beyond the specified period will not be accepted.
